With over two decades of expertise in the technology marketing industry, I am an accomplished Commercial Director. I have cultivated a productive working relationship with Microsoft, contributing to various successful collaborations and projects, designing and executing effective outbound marketing and sales programs that drive results.
My key skill and strength lies in my ability to forge strong, lasting relationships with clients. Through the genuine understanding of their needs I can establishing trust and foundations for strong relationships, regardless of what role or geographical location they are in.
As I frequently traveled and networked for work in Europe, the US and Australia, I found the commercial skills I’ve developed have had a positive impact on my personal life, particularly in the way I support others.
The transfer and integration of these skills into my personal life positively impacted those who confined in me with their private struggles. Through meaningful conversations and listening, I’m able to encourage individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals more deeply and create an effective pathway to enhanced outcomes.

Who is JT?
It’s James Taylor, my middle name is Daniel. Originally from Yorkshire, I now live in a town called Downham Market, East of England, with my two kids Molly and Max, and my two cats. Whilst my workplace was in London for two decades, for the last few years I’ve been volunteering at my son’s local football team as Co-Chairman of the club. I love a proper brew (Yorkshire Tea preferred) and when I have time I write about my favourite songs, the memories and emotions they resurface on my blog: JT Unplugged.
